Associate Member – AACXA

• Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience in aviation, airport operations, service delivery, or CX-related roles
• Demonstrated understanding of customer experience fundamentals

• Operational or supervisory roles

• Involvement in cross-functional airport CX programs
